Dear Angelique and John,

We are back home again after our several days in Sydney for Greg’s retirement celebrations, and I am now able to do something that I’ve wanted to do ever since I saw the cakes last Saturday, and that is to write to you with my thanks.

As a little background, you may be interested to know that five years ago we’d had a Jumbo Jet cake made by a well-known cake decorating shop for our son’s 21st birthday. I had originally planned to go to them for this cake for Greg’s retirement, but they said that they’d be unable to deliver to the CBD on a Saturday, so that sent me to google.com.au, and I found Elite Cake Designs, and very glad that I did too. I had always considered that my son’s cake was very good, until I saw this one. It was quite simply superb, and all our guests were very impressed.

Angelique, you are a great creative talent, and you are both highly dependable and reliable business people. Your warmth and personal attention were an added bonus and relief, and I have to admit to having initially felt some trepidation at having ordered a cake through email and internet. You give internet business a good name.

Your business is OUTSTANDING on so many levels! I can not believe the amount of work, love, care and attention to detail that you put into the cake I ordered! After only one order, I have come to trust that your business is founded on honesty, integrity and genuine customer service. You put other businesses to shame!

My story? I decided, after much deliberation, to order a designer cake for my boyfriend's birthday. I made this decision a week before the event so I was very concerned that Angelique could not take my order. After supplying the pictures to Angelique of how I wanted the cake to look - a picture of a beer mug and a puffin penguin - I waited for patiently for a response hoping that Angelique would be able to accomodate my needs.

Not only did Angelique agree to make my cake, she was happy to have the cake delivered to the location where the birthday event was being held!

The cake design was absolutely AMAZING. The cake design was BETTER than the photos I provided to Angelique - she made those pictures come to life! There were 30 guests at the party and all 30 guests asked me to provide them with the details of Elite Cake Designs for their events - and I happily did so!

Angelique, my boyfriend and I are planning on being engaged. I can guarantee that you will be receiving orders for my engagement cake, my wedding cake and ANY subsequent cakes for special occasions.
